"They were very quick to respond. There was a disconnect between my sales rep and installer. However, my installer handled it seamlessly and to my benefit."

"Extremely nice owner and workers!!! Was honest and upfront since the moment I met with him. Was in the middle of my roof replacement when I first reached out for a quote from Randy. I wasn't sure what kind of fascia application I had at the time for the new gutter application. Worked with me and my roof contractor to help me figure it out. I ended up hiring RC Seamless Gutters for new fascias in addition to my new gutters and downspouts. Had affordable pricing and reasonable. The plus for me was the quality work and their goal to get the job done correctly on my old home. I am definitely recommending them to those looking for new gutters/gutter contractors!!! I volunteered to have them place their company sign on my front yard because I love and appreciate their work (no extra incentive to me). RC Seamless Gutters are the kind of contractors you want to hire with no worries! They really took care of me!"

"Did an outstanding job on our gutters. Would definitely recommend!"

"The good:
They were polite, neat, and pretty fast in getting to our home for service.
They did the demo and got the dryers going promptly, which probably saved the carpeting - half of the carpet pad was shot and removed. I thought the price had included getting the new padding and reinstalling it after the stuff was dry. The area was pretty small & I didn't think it was going to be a major $ matter to get the carpet reinstalled after the dry - out.
I chose not to go through my homeowner's policy, as I have a high deductible and this was a fairly small job.
The not so good:
Although I appreciate their getting the work done, I feel a little misled. They did do demolition and drying out from flooding, but, they told me later, they do not do reinstallation of anything. There was a delay on their part to pick up the dryers, so, I think we ended up paying extra rental fees for lots of dryers that were running for quite a few extra days. They had said they would pick them up on a Thursday, but, they couldnt get here until Monday of the next week.  I got other contractors to quote the drywall, painting and carpet work. Strangely, when they came to pick up the dryers, they offered to do the rebuild work the next day - for an additional fee that was never quoted. It was all kind of awkward. When I told them that I thought their original quote had included replacing the carpet pad, I was told that that was a conversation I had with their boss, not them. I never met their boss, just talked to him on the phone. It was sort of like I was dealing with two different companies.
Anyway, it did all get squared away, but, when I calculated the hours of time spent on the work, the effective hourly rate was pretty high. I would just warn any others to make clear what is, and is not, included in the quoted work. I have no issues with the work that was done, and, I think they were very professional and careful.

"They were very responsive in providing a quotation for the gutter replacement and the price was competitive. They were very busy so there was a bit of a delay in completing the work. They advised they were 3-4 weeks out and the work was done 5-6 weeks after signing the contract. The workers were very professional and did high quality work, they were done in less than two days. We are pleased with the final product."

"Overall experience was great. I was surprised on the price and was the lowest I have seen to have some installation done on my house. Gutters looks great and was impressed how fast they got it done too. Wasnâ t weeks to get In. More like days."

"Premature review. The install will not happen until April."

"We didn?t need new gutters put up, but our existing gutters needed a good cleaning. Ethan did a wonderful job getting all of the built up debris out of them and giving them a good washing out. I would highly recommend Haylor Gutters for any gutter project."
