"Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

"The job was done right and looks great. The crew was exceptional. The quality of workmanship was better than expected. The crew communicated frequently and provided opportunities for input to insure the work was done to my expectations. There were a couple of occasions where the original builder had performed work that were not up to today's standards and make recommendations to correct the issues. The standards of workmanship were very professional."

"We had a wonderful experience working with KSRP Construction! From initial contact to job completion, communication was always very prompt and concise. We were needing to build a wall to close up our loft (to convert into a bedroom) and KSRP provided fair pricing, were quick and efficient and got the job done right. Roberto and Sebastian were incredibly professional, polite, skilled and detailed. Not only were we impressed with the work itself, but these guys were so thorough from initial tarping to final clean up.
