"We just had the roof redone on our 2012 park model by German Roofing. Price quoted was fair and reasonable. Appointment times were made and kept throughout the process. They used 30# felt, 30 year shingles, replaced all the vent caps and replaced sheets of wood in 3 places. They shared pictures before, during and upon completion of the roof. Area was cleaned up at the end of each day. Communication between the office and me was excellent. We had a final inspection, with answers to all my questions, about a week after the job was completed and final payment was made then. Highly recommend this company."

"Put in for the quote and got a response fast. We negotiated over the phone they are flexible. They were there the next day doing power wash. They also won't take money until you're satisfied. The paint job is great and they will come back and fix anything you can find afterwards. House was painted 3 days after contacting them. NOTE: All I would say if there are cracks or repairs you want fixed before they paint walk outside and mark them with something so they can see them otherwise they possibly won't be touched."

While some were installing the underlayment felt sheets others were cutting and replacing the wood that needed replacing. The roof was done on the second day because there was great teamwork shown. They cleaned up any fallen materials and swept the area with a magnet bar to pick up any nails and staples. The area was cleaner then when they started. Highly recommend."
