Everyone that worked at my house, both Cook Remodeling employees and their subcontractors, were professional and treated me with respect. "Elegant Bath and Remodel did such a great job on both the master and guest bathrooms of our family's condo. The whole process was smooth, and the team was super easy to work with—responsive, professional, and really detail-oriented. This was particularly important as the condo is in AZ and most of us are in CA and float in and out. The master bath feels like a spa now, and even the guest bath got a major upgrade. We’re so happy with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend if you're looking to update your space!"

"I wanted to give a huge shout out to Tanner Keller and Matthew Gardner with JJ Benett Construction. Right before Christmas we were panicking looking for someone to help us get a door installed for our second den for guests coming to stay. After multiple no shows from other individuals, we were very stressed out it would not get done. It was the week of Christmas and we have 10 foot ceilings so procuring a door was difficult but they came through and worked incredibly hard and stayed way past working hours to guarantee we would have our door completed by Christmas Eve!! They were professional, kind, hard working, and transparent. We highly recommend them for any projects you may need completed. I have attached before and after pictures. They were incredible to work with and we will be using them again for any other projects we come up on. "

"We hired this company for a home addition, and the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. They misled us from the beginning, making promises about what was possible that turned out to be untrue. The workmanship was extremely poor, and they ultimately abandoned the project before it was finished. I was forced to file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors due to the serious problems. To make matters worse, items went missing from my garage while their crew was on site. In my opinion, this company showed a complete lack of honesty and professionalism. They lied to us, failed to deliver, and left us with a mess to clean up. I would strongly caution anyone considering them ? don?t make the same mistake we did."

"These two brothers, Jim and Joe Griffin, and their crew were always professional, their work was thorough and meticulous, they were pleasant to work with, and sensitive to the remodeling process and all of the associated issues and pressures. As with any extensive remodeling project there were unexpected / unforeseen issues. All of these issues were examined, explained, and options provided and were covered by our contingency funds. There were also several recommendations for improvements that were explored, accepted, and the budget was modified accordingly. We highly recommend New England Upgrades for their integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work with us to bring our vision and design into reality. The New England team was a pleasure to work with and we consider them friends. We will be using them again for future smaller projects and have already referred them to multiple friends. "?? Warning ? Do Not Use This Contractor (Joe and His Company) I hired Joe and his company to complete a build-out, and the entire experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. The contractor failed to build according to the design, contract, and plans ? all of which clearly stated that all field measurements were to be field verified before work began. Before the foundation was poured, I specifically questioned the subcontractor to make sure the walls would line up correctly. They assured me they would. Once the walls were up, it was obvious they were off by 6 inches. I immediately stopped all work and brought this to Joe?s attention. On top of that, they failed to remove a pre-existing pillar as required, and instead of correcting it, Joe built a second wall over it to support the roof load. Now, I have two walls off. I met with Joe at least four times after stopping the project, and each time he promised to ?come up with a solution.? No real solution was ever provided. Du"
