"We have a very long driveway, that probably had not been repaired for 30 years. These guys did and excellent job, and customized it to make my driveway more beautiful than ever. All the staff were nice to work with as well. My wife and I are so thankful we hired them, and they were the best price also from a few comparitive quotes. Thank you Seal Right Team!!! -Randy H"

"These guys did a great job replacing a retaining wall and creating flower beds and installing new sod. Our lawn looks great. All don on budget, within the time specified. Would definitely recommend them."

"John stopped by my house. He was doing the neighbor next-door and was asking if it was OK if he blocked my driveway for a couple minutes. we got to talking he asked me if I?d be interested in doing mine. It was a free estimate, he gave me a bid. It wasn?t something I even knew I was in the market for, but I ended up going with them because they were in the area and I?m so glad I did my driveway came out beautiful and I?m very happy with the work. "Excellent. The work was scheduled to take place over three days. I was contacted the afternoon before each day to confirm their arrival time. Zach and Josh (installers) arrived on time each day, explained what their plan was, and completed their work in a timely manner. The job site was left clean and organized before they left each day and they summarized their work daily and at the end of the job. The floor looks great and I would recommend them to anyone in need of garage floor coating."

"GREAT!!! I love Leonard & all of the guys who worked on my driveways. We have 2800SF of driveway on one level, and about the same on another level. The driveways were broken up, falling apart asphalt. Leonard recommended the chip/seal and they look fabulous. Leonard's philosophy is that he'd rather have "blessings than cents", and I'd say the guy is as rich as can be. I can't say enough good things about Pro Pave & Leonard."

"They installed a 1 1/2" asphalt overlay on a large badly deteriorated residential driveway. The entire process from initial contact to installation was very professional and pleasant."

FAQs for asphalt paving installation projects in Apache Junction, AZ

Most driveways wrap up in roughly a week. Allow two to three days for installation, followed by an additional two to three days for the surface to cure. Concrete and asphalt follow this timeline, whereas a gravel job often finishes more quickly. Laying out the schedule upfront makes it easier to plan your week and your budget.

Sealer prevents water, salt, and UV rays from damaging the surface. Apply a fresh coat every one to three years, and you’ll slow down the growth of cracks, avoid pricey repairs, and keep the driveway looking sharp. A local professional can handle the job efficiently and ensure even coverage.

Material is the significant driver when it comes to the lifespan of a driveway. Asphalt stays strong for about 20 years, concrete lasts 30 to 40 years, and paver stones can last 50 to 100 years because you can swap out damaged bricks. With regular top-ups, a gravel drive can also reach the century mark. Knowing these timelines helps you map out long-term maintenance and replacement costs.

Repaving strips everything down and starts fresh, letting you change the layout or improve drainage before pouring new material. Resurfacing, on the other hand, adds a top layer over a solid base, giving you a facelift without the need for a complete demolition. Go with repaving when the base is failing; choose resurfacing when the structure is sound and you just need a new surface.
