"From beginning to end, the entire process went smoothly and as planned. This is my second time having Roofstar come out to work on my roof and they continue to deliver. The staff involved was professional, took their time explaining the work in detail, and did quality work. I was specifically engaged with Jeff, James, and Santiago. Everyone is highly knowledgeable and honest.  <br /> The work included recoating the entire flat foam roof. The entire process took three days to complete. Day 1 involved power washing the entire roof, Day 2 involved applying a base coat, and Day 3 involved applying a top coat.  <br /> I will continue to call Roofstar for any future roof work and they come highly recommended. <br />"

"Butch and his office staff are very friendly but I was disappointed with the quality of the work. This was a very small job, maybe 8-12 tiles slipping down the roof leaving gaps in coverage and 2-3 missing tiles that needed to be replaced. The job took three visits to complete. After the first visit I complained that there were still a couple tiles out of place leaving gaps in the roof coverage and there was still a missing tile that had not been replaced. On the second visit they replaced the missing tile with a spare tile I left for them but did not fix the gaps from the tiles that were still out of place. <br /> <br /> On the third visit I was home and talked with Butch. Butch indicated that the tiles were just placed on the roof and were not fastened down so they would probably slip down again in another 2-3 years. For $500 I was expecting a more permanent solution than just kicking the tiles back into place! To Butch's credit he got some caulking and secured the tiles on the third visit."

"The technician (Anthony) was professional, friendly, informative and punctual. I appreciate the attention to detail that was displayed. Also I didn’t have the impression that he was in a rush. Meaning that he was focused on the task at hand. Anthony seemed genuinely concerned about taking care of my problem and nothing else mattered. The new part that he installed turned out to be defective out of the box. So with a smile on his face he installed a new part. Anthony then waited to make sure that there were no further issues before leaving. I have and would recommend this company again to anyone in need."
