"I called several places and wanted someone to come out same day.  I know that was asking a lot.  Our sliding door hasn't really worked in years, it was extremely hard to open.  It finally annoyed me so much that day that I wanted it fixed ASAP.  So I ended up leaving a lot of voicemails thinking well this isn't going to happen.  They called me back and said I can come this afternoon.  I was sooooo happy.  I really found someone to come out today.  He ended up calling me back and saying I have some time now is this good.  Which was even better.  He showed up fixed the door.  Even fixed the screen door for me too.  Gave me the price for a new screen door which I will be doing in the next few weeks.  Since we really need one.  Thank you so much for taking care of me so quickly.  Now both my daughters can open the door them selves without me having to run over there and do it.  Also, they won't leave it open anymore so my electric bill will hopefully go down.  Recommend them hands down!!!!

"Our garage door finally bit the dust - we couldn't open it and it was bent and the opener was the original from @1983. It was time for a complete new system. We called John and he came over to show us options. We were able to pick out a new door with lovely half moon opaque windows to match our front doors for a great price. Door was solid before with no windows.
The worker appeared on time and by himself - removed the old door and opener and installed the new. At first we were surprised it was only him - but he did it alone - and was very polite. John appeared later to inspect and help us set the outside box code and show how the new wall unit works. It is so quiet now it is amazing! The other one could wake the dead it was so noisy.
John added in painting the door to match the house for a good price as well. This took a couple weeks to accomplish due to rain - and you have to wait 72 hrs for the painting after the door is installed. So weather delayed this as well as availability to finish - which must be due to all the work they have! John actually came himself to do the painting and it matches the house perfectly!
John isn't the most professional in answering his phone - our only complaint. He doesn't answer with the company name - just hello - which forces you to ask if this is A1 Advantage Garage Door.
Overall we are totally satisfied with the work performed and the result. The door is beautiful and quiet and we couldn't be happier with it.

"It went wonderful. Ryan and his crew installed a neighbors house at the end of spring, which I asked for their contact information. I did my due diligence and met with installers network, Pella and Anderson, two main contractors in the phoenix area. Ryan was straight forward and upfront about all costs and expectations. He offered the same products as both Pella and Anderson at a better price point. Once ordered, Ryan was able to give me a pretty accurate date for the arrival of the windows and when installation could be installed. As the date got closer he knew pretty much which week windows would be delivered. Due to his accurate timing, my family and I were able to plan a little staycation in the Phoenix area while him and his crew worked to install our windows over 5 days, including stucco repair. I stopped in to check up and was happy to see how fast and efficient they were removing and installing our windows. They took great care in not damaging our new hard wood floors as they worked inside and out. Ryan was very informative and easy to communicate with issues or concerns I had during this entire process. After a great staycation, we came home to beautiful new windows and two gorgeous sliding glass doors. You could instantly tell how much better these windows were right as we walked in our entrance. Areas that were beaten by the sun were still light and bright but felt almost 10 degrees cooler. Looking around the outside you couldn’t even tell the windows had been replaced besides how clean and new they looked. Stucco had been done perfectly and paint matched up with the rest of the house. Certainly one happy camper here, and would suggest him and his team to anyone else looking for an upgrade in their windows."
