"They completed the job wonderfully but they were suppose to install the gutter drains to run under the concrete and the drains are not connected to the gutter drains at all. The water is not running away from the house properly and the water that does go into the pipe is sitting in the pipe which makes bugs gather and smells. I have contacted them about the issue and he assures me they will fix it."

"Work started and ended as schedule (3 days). Very responsive to specific problems. Price paid was exactly as estimated. Condition of road was very poor, cracked, disintegrating, sinking in some places. Extensive prep work required including expanding existing turn-around circle, tar and chip prior to 2" asphalt. All problems resolved. Jim and team worked very well together. In my view, outcome was excellent! Intersection with existing driveways was done extremely well.
