"Ben came and listened carefully to our wants and needs. He measured and showed us products. Then gave us a thorough quote. We were able to book quickly. On installation day 2 gentlemen arrived in the time frame given. Rodrigo was the lead installer. He went over all the details before starting and then they got to work. They worked diligently and completed the job in a day. The job included taking up and hauling away the old flooring. Also moving the big furniture and put down luxury vinyl plank in a large family room. The floor looks beautiful. Throughout the project our project manager Nora kept in contact to be sure all was going well and that we were pleased. After finished Rodrigo did a walk through with me and we went through a checklist to insure I was satisfied before he left. Should we need any flooring in the future I know who we will go to and I hope I have the pleasure of working with Ben and Rodrigo."

"Ben and his crew especially Kelvin and Carlos are top notch. Hands down the best in home work provider I have ever had. Ben is accountable and responsive. He was patient and helpful in guiding me through what to go with. He thinks about things and provides options. You can see the wheels turning. He even goes out of his way to provide or create a sample of what he’s talking about to give you a visual. Kelvin is a pro. Hard worker, polite and responsive. I think Jesse was the guy who helped out the third day. Very hard worker and professional and warm. Also the job was very reasonably priced and I got quotes from 4 providers. There were a couple things that needed to be addressed after they finished and Ben was on it right away. Impressive. Look no further than Collins Flooring for your flooring renovation plans!"

"I am so grateful for the amazing work in fixing what an inexperienced handyman did to the new carpet. The finished carpet looks wonderful and the patching does not show!!! I highly recommend for all of your flooring needs."

"From the time Jerry arrived, he was extremely professional and willing to solve my rush needs for flooring. He assisted with picking out the carpet and updated me by text on a daily basis as to the status of my order. They installed my carpet a week after contracting with him and the installers were professional, quick and did an amazing job. My flooring looks beautiful and I could not be happier."

"Adam did a great job installing 750 sq ft LVP in our unfinished basement. I got several quotes on the job, and his quote was competitive. The floor had flatness and leveling problems, he went the extra mile getting it right before the install. He is very professional, conscientious, hard-working, and the floor came out looking great. He went above and beyond offering to paint some existing condensate lines to match the trim that was not part of the original quote. I recommend him."

"My floors are BEAUTIFUL. I would recommend anytime. Great job. Jose your guys are great. Thank u over an over."

"The time in our laundry room looks fantastic and the shelving the also did for us looks really good."

"Prompt arrival and job completion. This was the third time in 7 months I had the floors refinished. Silmar got it right and I couldn't be happier. I have 3 more rooms that will have hardwood installed and I will definitely be calling Silmar for that job."

"The scheduler did not tell me I had to furnish materials, so wrapping porch columns in vinyl could not be done. I assumed quoted price included materials. It did not. The workman who did the other jobs (repairing stairs, cutting off a door, fixing an ill hanging door and repairing two cabinet hinges) did a good job. However the scheduler corrected the price and quoted $1257 for the work accomplished, which only took 6 hours. That is over $200 an hour. Happy with the work, unhappy with the price."

"Installers were very friendly and very professional. They did an excellent job of installing vinyl flooring in the kitchen and a bath. I can not imagine anyone doing a better job."
