"Contacted TrueBlue on Saturday due to help with a shower knob replacement where the screw seemed to be a bit stripped - probably from previous owner. I couldn't unscrew it with any of my phillips-head screwdriver so tried to enlist some help. TrueBlue offered to have a tech come out and give an estimate the next day, Sunday. Despite being a weekend and just a few days after the hurricane, they showed up early and actually fixed my issue then and there in less than 10 minutes. Didn't charge anything although I was willing to pay. Giving 5 stars due to great communication, friendly and considerate technician, and prompt service.
