He arrived on time for our appointment & did a thorough treatment of my entire home. He was pleasant & professional. His pricing was competitive to begin with, & he happily honored a coupon I had printed from his website. The fee I paid included re-treatment as many times as necessary for the next year, but truthfully the treatment remained effective for at least 2 years. I could not have been more pleased.
