"We bought Angie's List Big Deal for Marble Trasformerz granite cleaning, polishing and sealing. Christopher and his crew of three arrived five minutes before the scheduled time and set immediately to work on our kitchen counter tops.. Christopher confirmed what I had been told previously: stains in the light colored granite are not removable. He also gave me pointers on how to care for the granite in the future and left a bottle of neutral acidity soap.  The crew finished within an hour with the countertop shining like new. Christopher followed up with a telephone call  the next day to assure that we had not found any residual problems and were still pleased with how our counter tops looked. Since the work was done, we are able to clean the granite with plain water. We couldn't be more pleased with the results of Marble Transformerz work. <br />"

"I was referred to this company by another stone dealer who said they had the best stone and were the best fabricators and installers. They only sell and work with soapstone, and have been doing it a long time. They were very helpful, told me about the different types of soapstone in their yard, were very patient in helping me to pick out a slab. <br /> The finished product was absolutely perfect. The installation crew did a beautiful job, even fabricating a small piece on-site so it would fit the space perfectly, and match the veins in the counter top that it 's butted up to. There is not the slightest flaw of any sort in the counter tops; they fit perfectly, and are finished perfectly. The crew was respectful, and cleaned up everything really well, much better than the other crews involved in the kitchen replacement.  <br /> My only less-than-happy part of the experience was that it was a bit difficult to communicate with them regarding work dates. I know they were really busy, and I was really stressed, (no kitchen for 4 months - ugh!), so it probably seemed like a bigger deal than it should have. Nonetheless, I think communication could have been a bit more timely. It was not a deal breaker, for sure, and I would not hesitate to send anyone their way, as the quality of product and craft are superb. <br />"

"I was at the end of a 12 month remodel and the kitchen backslpash was the final step. <br /> We purchased a unique and quite expensive granite for our counters and it had a multitude of different colors and a lot of movement so it had become quite a challenge finding a backsplash material that worked. We went to at least 10 different tile shops to no avail. <br /> I decided to check out Southwest Tile , we had used them for 2 bathrooms in 2001 but they had moved, and am happy I did. <br /> From the time I walked in to the time I walked out with my receipt was about 30 min. They are professional, friendly, reasonable, and just a pleasure to work with. <br /> Because of the type of stone, (slate) and at least 1 mistake of my own making, I had to go back 3 times to order more pencil. Each time they were quick and efficient with the order and delivery.I definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for tile or stone. <br /> <br />"

"The owner, Peter, called me back very promptly (unlike many other fabricators) and was kind, professional and very accommodating. He arranged a mutually agreeable time to come to my home with material samples, reviewed all my options, and offered opinions when asked. He never tried to up-sell any product. Once a bid was agreed upon, his team came to measure and we were told 1-2 weeks for install. The installers were less than 2 weeks. The were clean and professional in appearance and during the installation. They handled my floors and surrounding spaces very respectfully. The job turned out perfectly!
