"Words can’t explain how happy I am !!! Absolutely amazing. I had doubts about finding a good, reasonable electrician because everyone I reached out to was expensive and some that didn’t even show up. My sister said try Angi. So I did. It was late Saturday didn’t think I’d get a response until Monday . I received a response within 10 minutes from PS electric. Maritza was amazing. She was very kind and personable. Her customer service was amazing from the first contact to the end. She set up the free estimate and kept contact throughout the completion of the job. They scheduled around my time as well. The electrician came out . His name was Pablo and he gave me an estimate and did beyond the estimate. My circuits went out and he fixed them while he was giving me an estimate also had a black wire exposed that the other electrician left. And he capped it for me for free. He went beyond and not only does he truly care his estimate was lower than anyone else and showed up when he said he would and most importantly the work he performed was perfect and in a timely manner. He didn’t need a whole day to put up recessed lighting in the garage and put up ceiling fans. I would never recommend anyone else for electrical again except for PS Electric. If you’re looking for honesty, customer service, quality work and great prices.. Please call PS Electric you will not be disappointed !!! Thank you Pablo and Maritza for an easy experience!! "Van Sant Electrical added a 240-volt circuit and wiring through our attic for our new backyard spa. We couldn't be happier with the result! The owner, Austin Van Sant, showed up on time for an estimate and answered all our questions and concerns. He and his team came to our home the next day and completed the work on schedule with a "can-do" attitude. When the work was near completion, they had us fill the spa with water and then tested all of the spa equipment and connections. And they made sure we knew how to operate the breakers and outlets safely. Their work got an A+ from the City's permit inspector. Like all home improvement projects, this one had unexpected challenges, including additional requests from my wife to replace a broken outdoor socket and add a 110-volt outlet next to the spa panel. They were able to expertly deal with every one of them, sometimes quite creatively. All the external conduits were painted to match our house stucco. When they finished the job, everything fit together neatly and looked professionally done - - - this was important to us and much appreciated. We are extremely glad we found this local company and chose them to make our spa dream come true! We will certainly use Van Sant Electrical again for any future electrical project!"
