"Max and his team at Twin Peaks Metal did a fantastic job from measurements to completion in 2 weeks for a custom gate and 80 feet of wrought iron fencing. The workmanship is beyond great with excellent welds to top notch installation with powder coating. Maxâ s prices were also very competitive and I will certainly use him again if I need any additional metal or fencing work in the future. Thanks Max, Devin, and Garret for a job well done! ð ð »"

"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"They sent someone out to do a "free" foundation repair. Angie's list charged me $20 for the thing, so it wasn't really free either. It was one of the "Big Deals". So David came out, he was super nice. He was also late, and I had to call them twice to find out if he was still coming. When he finally got here, he was super nice, and did a little inspection. He looked under the house but didn't actually go under there. His quote was $8000 for foundation repair, and he promised that my door (that had stopped shutting) would be fixed and any creaking floors would also be fixed by his foundation repair.
Now I didn't get why this was bad until I had some Earthquake Retrofitters come out and give estimates - really for free. They went all the way under the house, spent an hour taking pictures under there, sending detailed proposals, and both said that the door wouldn't be fixed by repairing the foundation. They also quoted much less ($3000) to do the same work David quoted for $8000.
He seemed like a nice guy. The first red flag was when he offered to do the work without permits. And the second red flag was when I got much more thorough and contradictory quotes from the earthquake guys. Nice guy. But I wouldn't trust them with my house.

"Excellent work. I have used this company for years for all house repairs and remodeling. Manny the owner is a general contractor...licensed and insured. He has done major repairs like replacing the gas line from the street to our house. This required digging up and replacing concrete. Tunneling under a retaining wall and digging up around 40 feet of lawn. Also, Manny did a beautiful job in remodeling a bathroom. He has done air conditioning repair work that saved us $3,000. The work that he has done for me includes painting, plumbing, masonry, concrete replacement etc. He always leave the premises clean when he is done for the day and at the end of each job. His prices are exceptional...equal to his work."
