Our company is staffed by an electrical engineer, two experienced IT professionals and experienced carpenters, cabinet makers and computer geeks. We use subcontractors on rare occasions when specific licensing is required, such as plumbing and commercial electrical.

"They had to replace a diverter cartridge but they broke it. Initially, they told me that everything was fine but then I noticed that the water was dripping and not diverted correctly. They claimed that the spout dripping was normal and I had Grohe sent me a new part to be installed. The new plumber who replaced it showed me how the initial diverter's spring was broken during installation. Very disappointing, especially the fact that they did not take ownership of breaking the part and charged me an exorbitant amount for installation. They wanted the same exorbitant amount to install the new part."
