I had picked up the wrong type of door, so he went back to the store with me and helped me pick out the correct door. Then he had to widen the door opening a few inches to install the door.. He did a great job on the door installation. I think his prices are very much in line with what I was expecting. We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him as a handyman to others!"

The company is a bit more expensive for the services rendered than others I have used, but after today I would never consider hiring anyone else. They were well worth the few extra dollars I spent. One more thing to add. I have used many house and window cleaners over the years. With all of them I felt like I had to go over there work and point out areas that were missed or not done well. Not with these guys! They did an outstanding job the first time and double checked there own work. In fact they asked me to unlock some doors so that they could get access to a window that they had missed a small little spot on."

"CHI did an exceptional job replacing windows and a storm door. The cluster of 7 windows is in a brick-cladded wall, with curved oak trim on the interior. The result is beautiful--the new trim matches perfectly. What most impressed us was how careful and thorough everyone was. The crew worked together to come up with the best way to handle problems. For example, the storm door hardware didn't fit right, so they came back an extra morning to modify the wood framing. Overall, they did what was needed to get a good result."

"Pat Martin is the owner and operator of this business. He is totally devoted to customer service. We have used other window cleaners in the past, some of who were twice as expensive as Martin Brothers, but none do a better job that Martin Brothers.  I like dealing with a hands-on owner-operator. He cares much more about customer satisfaction than the minimum wage employees that some of the other window washing companies utilize. We leave our house open to him for most the the day as we go about our rounds so that he can do the interior as well as the outside glass. Pat needs no supervision. He is completely trustworthy in all respects. It is wonderful to leave the house in the morning with dirty windows and come home in the afternoon to see clearly again! <br />"

"Mark was very punctual and professional.  He assessed the main repair and went right to work on it.  The walls were originally done in a fiberboard, but he was able to replace the section with drywall and patch it so one can't even tell the repair was made.  He finished it much faster than I anticipated, so I was able to have him do the other repairs that we needed.  Although we had not planned ahead on addressing them, he was up for the challenge for anything I threw at him.  I greatly appreciate all the work he did to fix all of these little things that we just never seem to have the time to do.  He did a great job cleaning up everything as well.  I would highly recommend him.  The quality of his craftsmanship was top notch!  I also really appreciated his down-to-earth personality and approachability. <br />"

"Exceptional. I had a company install a new Covered gutter over my garage back in 2008. The cover was too high, so the water never reached the gutter and it just pooled. I was unaware until the side of the garage started rotting. I had that repaired and had the cover removed from the gutter. Well I decided that it’s not safe for me to climb ladders anymore so I called Lindus to install Leafgard. They replaced more of the rotten wood underneath the old gutter, sealed up the area and installed the gutter at no extra charge. I had Lindus install Leafgard on the rest of our house 30 years ago. They still work great."
