While they were at our house for the basement waterproofing estimate we had them take a look at our deck and kitchen just to get an idea of the pricing. "When they did the edges, I didn’t want them to put the bricks there. I wanted them to put a trench to separate where the grass started and the flower bed. I asked them to do it because I wanted it to look more professional and not like something crazy I did that wasn’t straight. It looks very crooked like something I would have done. The front they did well. I told him and he came back out and let him off the hook. He acknowledgeable that he could have done a better job. They didn’t’ put the extensions on the down spout far enough. So now I need to re-dig and make them lower or add more top soil above. They didn’t do a professional job as I would have liked. They were supposed to spray and a couple of days later I noticed that none of the vegetation was dying. I called back and they acknowledge it and came back out. They were responsive.    I tried to use them again but they were not responsive."

"Normal termite/pest inspection but the inspector was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did not try to up-sale me or make me feel I had to have their additional services. If I do buy additional services in the future it will be through them."

"The initial meeting with the guys from Seasonal Changes was very helpful. They listened to my needs and wishes and described their recommendations and the reasoning for those recommendations. In addition to the plants and labor, I was looking for advice from professionals and that's what I got. They were able to come out a few days later and completed the work within a few hours. "He was prompt for the appointment and came when he said he would to give a walkthrough of my landscaping. I was a little scared away from them when he pointed out some of my plants and called the wrong name.  He also gave some suggestions that I did not agree with. I did not follow through to have them actually do the work based on their knowledge."

"I am very pleased.  German was on time and very courteous.  He began by setting the sprinkler system to run so that he could inspect all of the heads, and we walked around the yard together.  We discussed which heads should be adjusted and how, and he patiently made the adjustments while I said "a little more this way, a little more that way..."  German also replaced a broken sprinkler head for no additional charge.
I had purchased a "Big Deal" for the sprinkler system tune-up, because we've owned our house for 3 years and never had the system looked at. It was just the push I needed to tend to my sprinkler. Well worth the $39 I paid. German advised me about proper maintenance of the system, and I was surprised that the winterization was so cheap ($75 for regular customers, $65 for Angie's List members). I already have it on my calendar to call them in the fall.
German and I also discussed which sprinkler heads are poorly located and should be relocated.  Each of the recommended relocations is obvious, because the landscaping has grown up since the original installation.  I absolutely did not feel like he was trying to sell me services I didn't need. I will definitely be calling to schedule the additional work.
The time window they gave me for servicing District customers was also ideal (between 7 am and 8:30 am).
