Mike stayed out in the rain to measure and calculate the amount of mulch and rocks needed to meet our needs. He provided a written estimate prior to leaving. Mike was clear about the time frame when he would be able to begin the work and contacted us within the estimated window to establish a start date. Mike and his crew showed up when scheduled and worked over portions of two days to transform the select sections of our landscaping into something we are proud of. "When they did the edges, I didn’t want them to put the bricks there. I wanted them to put a trench to separate where the grass started and the flower bed. I asked them to do it because I wanted it to look more professional and not like something crazy I did that wasn’t straight. It looks very crooked like something I would have done. The front they did well. I told him and he came back out and let him off the hook. He acknowledgeable that he could have done a better job. They didn’t’ put the extensions on the down spout far enough. So now I need to re-dig and make them lower or add more top soil above. They didn’t do a professional job as I would have liked. They were supposed to spray and a couple of days later I noticed that none of the vegetation was dying. I called back and they acknowledge it and came back out. They were responsive.    I tried to use them again but they were not responsive."

"The initial meeting with the guys from Seasonal Changes was very helpful. They listened to my needs and wishes and described their recommendations and the reasoning for those recommendations. In addition to the plants and labor, I was looking for advice from professionals and that's what I got. They were able to come out a few days later and completed the work within a few hours. Everything looked (and continues to look) great and I'm excited that it has met all of my needs. Everyone involved was very friendly and professional. "It went really well. We used their services right after we bought the deal. I do not know if we spent more than the big deal price because my wife actually handled that part. I saw what they did but she took care of everything. The yard looked really nice and they cleaned things up really nicely. They had one tree that they said that they were not sure if it was going to make it but they said that they would replace it at their expense if it did not but that was not necessary because everything came through. I did not really deal with them that closely. I just saw the work that was done and I knew when they were here and when they left."
