"Would give 5 stars on work performed. 0 stars on professionalism and communication. While work was being performed, I was given a price to extend the driveway another 45 ft. We agreed and was told they would be back the next morning but never showed up. After being ignored for 2 days I finally was able to contact the owner. He said the agreed upon price was too low and they could not do the job for that price. It would have been nice to have known sooner. Professionals would have contacted me to admit they misquoted so I could make an informed decision about continuing the job instead of hiding. When we do go ahead with the rest of this project it will be with someone other than BR Concrete."

While some precautions were used to prevent the grass from getting torn up, it wasn't done everywhere and I'm still trying to fix all the undulations that resulted. More importantly, they had the most reasonable quote."
