"So I needed help- apparently A LOT of help with my cool weather fescue lawn. These guys provided me with a lot of information relevant to growing this variety in Alabama. Why I didn't rate all 5s is because if I had been given the option of having my lawn treated on a more frequent basis - recognizing the the cost would have been much more I likely would have done it. But without an expert- and my technician is an expert with fescue - on a more frequent basis I was unable to sustain the efforts alone. I did have a gorgeous fescue lawn all last winter but sadly now you'd be hard pressed to find a blade of fescue in my yard."

"Elliot and his crew showed up as scheduled. They had some difficulties with the old slab being so porous, but worked through the day to get it right. The color came out great, but the gloss layer did not last. After discussing this with Elliot, he stated it was most likely due to the very old and porous slab. Elliot and his crew came back to the house, re sanded the floor and put a thin top layer on the slab. He stained and sealed the floor with a high gloss finish. He did all this at no cost to me and the final product came out great."
