I pour flat work concrete like driveways, patios, sidewalks and porches etc. I owned and operated a concrete business in Florida for about 5 years and ran a business in Michigan the last 6 years. "Charles Rhoden and his team were awesome. When he came to look at the work to be done, I couldn't believe my eyes when he put on something to cover up his clothes and he was into the crawl space in a matter of seconds, closely inspecting the foundation under 2 bathrooms. I believe it was primarily the sills that needed replacing under both bathrooms, as well as a number of other smaller things under the bathroom. There was one primary worker on my job & he was great. He showed up on time several days in a row, worked steadily and was very professional. The one day he couldn't be on the job, he let me know the day before that he had a doctor's appointment the next day. No problem. The work was completed on time, on budget and I was very happy with the work done.
I was getting ready to go to graduate school and had to move out of town.
My house had been converted into a duplex and there was a big area of the floor sagging right in the front entrance of the rental unit. I contacted Charles and he took care of things. Because I didn't have the money to have the job done as it should be done, Charles had a worker come over to stabilize the problem. He poured a concrete base that would support 2"x 6" supports that, with one end on the concrete, they went up and supported plywood. The sub-flooring had rotted out due to water damage. the plywood was placed directly under the sub-flooring / floor and the 2" x 6" supports were put in place on a solid concrete base and the other end was against the plywood. Charles CHARGED ME NOTHING, at all. I couldn't believe it. He said to just think of him the next time I needed any type of foundation work done again.
Charles Rhoden and his team were excellent. The work came in on time, on budget and was done right. What more could you ask for? And then, he charged me nothing for a smaller job, a temporary support that lasted a good 7 or 8 years, when I renovated the house and this part of the sub-flooring was fixed.

"Over all it was an ok experience. They got there on time , did a good job with the carpets, and cleaned up after they were done. The carpet cleaners were very ,friendly, polite. However, they came in and right off the get go, tracked mud all over a brand new foyer runner. They cleaned it for us but the whole idea behind the appointment was to clean carpets and not to create more work. They didn't even offer a discount when we even paid extra for a deeper clean on our rugs. After they finished the job they packed everything up and never asked to walk around to see if we were happy with the work. They just said that they were done and they were off to the next job. I would not use them nor recommend them to friends and family."
