Another company had installed the system improperly, and it had been running intermittently ever since. Now the toilet is quiet and works great, and with the high-quality Rheem water heater they installed, we never run out of hot water. We will be using and recommending Bob's Plumbing from now on. This experience with RH & MS was an extremely positive experience. I hired them to renovate my home after Barry flooded the total ground floor of my 1200 sq. foot home. Several HomeAdvisor contractors gave me quotes on the job. RH & MS was not the lowest, but, the attention to detail in the initial walk thru separated them from the other contractors. They quickly worked to totally gut the house and re-mediate the floors, wall and insulation to prevent the growth of mold. They did an excellent job of replacing sheet rock, insulation, and painting. I was impressed by how the punctual and friendly crew cleaned up after every work day. Mike said it would take about three months and they finished one week shy of three months. "quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."
