I have been in the garage door industry for 30 plus years and have encountered numerous solve able issues over the years.I am a sole proprietor so I am responsible for my work and ability to fix the issue. lnstallation and Service of commercial and residential overhead garage doors including sectional, coiling doors, security and rolling grills, fire doors, speed doors, including electrical openers and accessories for all applications, spring replacement, cable and hinge replacement, keyless entry. lnstallation and Service of Dock equipment including pit levelers, edge of docks, dock seals, dock bumpers, truck restraints including hydraulic and mechanical. installation and Service of gate and access control including gate operators, gate/barrier arms, exit and safety loops, cantilever rollers, gate hinges, keypad entry. Service of overhead doors on semi- tractor trailer and box trucks. I believe that preventative maintenance is a vital part of door longevity. Doors are generally not an issue until they are in a major state of repair that always comes at an in opportune time. I do offer preventative maintenance options such as checking rollers, cables, lube/adjust doors and replace parts as needed. We even have a witness. He deposits our check. HOA does not approve the screen and we want our deposit back. He says too late, he already made the screen, which we told him don’t do. Too bad he says , I already made the screen and put you in the line for installation. We gave him $1000 deposit. (nowhere does it say nonrefundable) He says I’ll give you half back when he clearly is at fault DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH LONNIE AT COOL BREEZE."

If Lionel recommend checking for termites and basil send you someone get the report insist on seeing it before your closing!!! Any other recommendations from basil will be unprofessional don’t make the same mistake I did please !!!! Just to name a few $17,500 Cash complimentary food ,my payed Materials all gone and ..... if your looking for all your brand new items in your home painted up ,cement and full of dust not to forget on finish paint job in EVERY ROOM, new Windows with paint all over the outside, I was told by him and him team everything is finish ,after driving 14 hours clean and mop my dad room to give your 80 year old dad a bath to find out there’s very little water coming out his bath by then where coughing from the bleach , there’s not enough water to wash out the shower, went to second bathroom same problem but a little more on the bottom . Theses are brand new showers ! water leaking under the sink and they put a T-shirt under after 3 months 3 weeks don’t take any advice from basil. His intention I think is good buy at the end of the day I’m paying for a service not empty words and unprofessional work ! He’s a smooth talker that will cost you stress and more money in the end !"
