"It went wonderfully!  I wasn't on Angie's list until recently, but wanted to write this review as I've called Handyman Matters for jobs several times.  They are always prompt, courteous and professional.  We got a free estimate, the handyman was there on time every day as promised (which is huge with contractors) and had all of the necessary tools.  Our shed has a lot of trim - cross wood barn-like doors, trim around windows and a cupola.  They taped off the trim, used a compressor and then did the trim.  Great work and done quickly.  I would use them again."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
