Dylan was the tech assigned and I’ve never had any repairman talk me out of spending my money, but he was unsure of the problem and didn’t want to do a complete replacement if it wasn’t necessary. He insisted on having another tech, Dave, take a look as he was more skilled in this type of repair. Dave was super professional and really took his time with diagnosing the problem versus just doing a complete replacement. Sadly, our motor and keypads all needed replacing and he took care of this very quickly and professionally. A great experience with professionals. My only criticism is they don’t offer a Military Discount which other competitors do."

"Excellent. I have an unusual garage door entrance in my old 1940s home that is anything but standard. Several other contractors told me that I would need additional work done to make the garage door possible (that is additional framing in of my garage door). I did have to have additional framing in, but Greg was the only person who said I would need less framing (frame down 3 inches instead of 6 which is what others were quoting). His price was also the most fair. Once the door came in, they came out here and installed it very quickly and professionally, and it now works great! I was very impressed, especially in the fact that he did what others said could not be done! Thank you."
