"It is so refreshing to work with an old school type of company. Their website, while a little outdated, is very clear and gives great information on what could be wrong and how much it will cost. No coupons. No discounts. But that’s ok - cause their pricing is transparent. Rudy was great - such a nice young man. Articulate and efficient. Knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly. Would definitely recommend and will be my go to for any future garage door repairs. "Wonderful! Ray is the BEST!! Very fair quote, came out the next day and replaced both springs (at my request). On his own initiative he also greased and cleaned whatever needed greasing and cleaning for no extra charge. I had no idea how quiet a garage door could be!
