She found me a pair on Sear's website that were on sale & had all the bells & whistles which I picked up from Sears the next day. (Gessner's does not provide the new openers) The following day John showed up as promised to install them. I was very pleasantly surprised with the time that he took to explain all of the functions of my new belt driven openers as well as the overall workings of the entire garage door assembly.
