The prospective buyers often test for radon gas at the time of their home inspection. The USEPA recommends that homes with levels above 4.0 pCi/l be mitigated. Elevated radon levels are not a reason not to purchase a home that you otherwise like. Radon mitigation is a 1 day repair and is reasonably priced. Many simple systems cost around $900.00 and the radon levels are guaranteed to be below the EPA action limit of 4.0 pCi/l.

We are a full service company.

"Todd came to our home to review our request to do a shower remodel. Todd was very personable and gave lots of ideas and said this project should be easy (10 day job) and no more than $2K. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE AT ALL! Todd has only been to the project once because we asked him to come review the project and during that visit it was agreed that the work done was HORRIBLE. The floor was uneven, the tile was not evenly spaced and we did not get a shelf as we asked for. So Todd agreed that the whole project needed to be started over. Now new guys came to demo and retile the shower. Once the project was "finished" we were still not pleased. Todd recommended a sliding shower door and the door entry way was so small, your shoulders cannot fit through it. The floor is uneven so there are puddles of sitting water. The shower leaks through the door because nothing is level and the shower faucet was never replaced do to the wrong size. Also, they put holes through walls and need paint touchup all around the shower form the demo. Todd refused to come and fix/complete the project. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and rude throughout the whole project."

Our Employees are trained professionals, and many are family members from four generations! Unlike our competitors, we do not use sub-contractors. All trucks and equipment you see on the jobsite are company owned.

"We have solid oak floors that were 22 years old. Denny and his crew came and re-sanded the floors, and replaced the carpeting in the living room and dining room with matching oak. Then they refinished everything. It looks spectacular! You can't tell that there was carpeting in the other rooms, everything flows seamlessly. We changed the finish color, and asked the guys to help us figure out what color to use. They asked us a few questions, and then came back from the truck with 4 colors, and all 4 seemed perfect. They really simplified the decision making process for us, which we really appreciated. They accommodated our schedule, so we could be out of town while they worked. We didn't worry a bit about being away when they came. Came back to beautiful gleaming floors! Denny and the entire crew are extremely polite, professional, and very patient (we had lots of questions). I am so glad we called them! I highly recommend them and would definitely have them back, if we need this done again. Thank you, Mr. Denny!"
