"Mr. Ridenour responded promptly to my inquiry about tree removal and treatment, scheduled an appropriate time to come out for an estimate, came out on time, gave me a fair price and scheduled a time to come do the work, and had a team do the work all within two weeks. Mr. Ridenour arrived right on time with the crew to review with the foreman and I what the work would be. They dove right in and worked quickly and safely through a pretty hot morning. When all was said and done, they'd removed four diseased trees, treated and trimmed one diseased tree, ground the stump from one tree, converted two of those trees into nice fireplace size logs for me and trimmed some pine branches off the exterior of my house. My firewood was neatly stacked, all the twigs and pinecones were raked up and disposed of and everything was complete within three hours or so. The crew was friendly, polite, professional and made sure to check with me at various points to ensure felling the trees didn't destroy any of my favorite trees, shrubs or plants in the vicinity. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and while I hope not to have any more diseased trees that need to be taken down, I now know who to call."

"Cannot recommend Artistic Touch enough. Provided a prompt estimate, and I had to wait about a month for the HOA to approve. Once they did, they were out within a week to remove the trees. Called me when he arrived, talked to me about possible cable line issues near one of the trees, and got it all done. Not a single leaf was left on the ground, the stumps were ground, and they back-filled the hole and made it nice and level. I wan't even home when they did the work, and if it weren't for the trees being gone you would have never known they were there. "Communication was poor. Work was done over three days, but the team would show up and leave without any warning or notification. I was right inside the house. Equipment was in our driveway while they worked, which was reasonable, but it would have been nice to be asked about that first, because it meant my car was stuck in the garage the whole time. (I suppose, to be fair, communication was pretty poor with almost all the people we contacted about quotes for this job.) They didn't even notify us when they were done, just mailed an invoice. A message about wanting to pay with credit card was not returned, finally found out they don't take credit card, even though it shows they do here and on their website (they did apologize for this). As for the work itself, they did a decent job removing the tree. They damaged a plant in the front yard and made one or two deep divots in the lawn, but that's probably to be expected. They ground out 95% of the stump and hauled away the excess mulch. Ultimately they got the job done at a competitive price during a busy season, but they won't be our go-to providers for future work."

"We hired Fred & Sons to remove a failing willow tree. I contacted them on Friday and they had a crew here Tuesday. The tree pro hit his exact mark, and the crew left the yard in better condition than I have ever seen it! They got the tree down, all the wood and stump removed within a few hours. "I had a large tree that had just gotten too big, was too close to the house and was starting to lean toward the house. I also had concerns that my air conditioning unit sat under the tree on that side of the house. I really didn’t want a bucket truck driving up in this location either. I was referred to Jimmy by a friend he had done some tree work for, so I gave him a call. He answered his phone right away and then came out to the house within a few days to give me a quote. Very reasonable – better than his competitors. Jimmy and his crew did an excellent job taking the tree down. They were very careful not to damage the house or anything else around the tree. They also trimmed up a large tree that had grown into the power lines that run up to our house. Jimmy also got up on the roof and blew all of the debris from the tree off the roof and cleaned out the gutters - an above and beyond service that I did not expect, but greatly appreciated. Once the tree was down. I requested that they leave the firewood for me – not a problem and they stacked it nicely. The rest of the debris was chipped up and hauled away. They used a leaf blower to totally clean up the yard and driveway and even blew the dust off of our vehicles. Jimmy was very courteous and very conscious of his customer, their property and their need. He and his crew did a great job. He is busy, so be aware that it may take a few days before he can schedule your job, but he will get it done and get it done right. He told me a week or two because the weather hadn’t been cooperating and it had set his schedule behind a bit, but as soon as the weather cleared, he was there – actually took less than a week. They arrived, did the job, cleaned up and were on their way. I would definitely recommend Jimmy’s Tree Service and do plan to use them in the future."

"Milton and his crew did an excellent job taking down our spruce tree, chopping and grinding it up. Using safety ropes and saws they climbed our trees and made them look a lot better. We recently got a new fence near the locust tree and then decided we needed to have the locust tree trimmed. Milton and his crew carefully removed the problem limbs and cleaned up our yard and the neighbors' yards. Before the men left, Milton chopped up the stump on the spruce tree and the men cleaned up all the debris that fell in the yard. They cleaned up all the tree debris in the street in front of the house before they left. They did an excellent job cleaning up the tree debris and left and yard and street in great shape. They cut the trees neatly with no striped bark or any damage."
