"Bryan came to me home and gave me an estimate. He arrived on time assessed my needs and advised I needed a new roof. He promptly gave me an estimate and it was accepted. Work was completed on time and everyone was very professional. It was replaced in one day and his crew cleaned not only my property but neighbors driveway. "Discovered that the pipe from the upstairs toilet had sprung a leak after 60+ years--into the downstairs bathroom. Tony and Brian replaced the pipe and replaced the damaged ceiling tiles downstairs. While they were here they also attended to things I'd put off--replacing the flapper in the downstairs toilet, replacing the shutoff for that toilet (didn't know it leaked a bit until we turned it on fully). Also replaced the leaky sink in that bathroom. It was my nightmare that Tony took with good nature. He said that everything would be fixed, and it was. And he cleaned up everything before leaving. He is my go to "guy" for any house problem I can't fix myself--plumbing, roof, furnace."

"We are pleased with the products we received BUT the road from start to finish was long and frustrating. Signed contract 6/11/17, installation was 8/14/17 no biggie except we were told 30 days not 60 and we had to make few calls to press for the date we got. The installer cracked a window during installation. Again no biggie,sh*t happens. The "rush" on the replacement window took several follow up calls to get an another installation date of 9/29/17. My husband takes off, two guys show up without the window and said they thought they were doing a service call. My less then professional conversation with John the manager led to another appointment for the next day. The guy shows up, replaces the window but doesn't have the "j" channel to complete the job. Two days later I get a call to reschedule yet another appointment 2 weeks out and that I had to be home. The rep had no idea the last piece of the work only required outside access and even when I explained he still insisted I needed to be home. One last conversation with the acting manager (I was told John was on vacation) and we were scheduled for the following week which was 10/9/17. The job was completed that day and I was left with pieces of "j" channel in the flower bed. The other criticism would be the length of time spent on hold with customer service; with all the calls I had to make I was NEVER able to complete an entire call on my 15 min. break."

They removed the existing one and replaced it with new shingles, gutters, etc. Prior to the renovation - we had ugly black shingles..they suggested a nice complementary color to our siding. "I hired Picture Perfect to work on two bathrooms in my mother's home. I'm located out of state, so it was important to find someone I could trust to do good work and also ensure my mother was pleased throughout the entire process. My wife and I often rely on AngiesList reviews when choosing a contractor, so I hope this review and recommendation will be helpful to others. 
The first project was a remodel of a small bathroom that included repair of a water damaged floor, replacing a sink/faucet/mirror, and some tile work. Everything went well, so afterward we scheduled work on the 2nd bathroom which was a much more extensive project.
The 2nd bathroom was a new bathroom. Rob did everything from plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, installing sink/tub/toilet, tile and painting. Throughout the process Rob did a good job of communicating with me and sending invoices as stages of work were completed. He even sent photos to me so I could see the results. He also worked well with my mother to ensure she was happy throughout the process and pleased with the final results.
Rob also helped with several other small things that were needed around the house.  Rob is a very hard-working, skillful, and has a great attention to detail. I'm lucky to have found him (thanks to AngiesList) and glad I hired him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of this kind of work.
