"Exceptional job and very pleased. <br /> ,They did have one thing to deal with upon completion but handled it beautifully. When applying felt to our roof, one of the workers accidentally let a full roll of felt slip off the peak, and hit our air conditioner, crushing the cage and damaging the coil. The crew chief apologized, pictures were taken by theroofing crew and they advised Scott Smith. Also advised us they would take care of the damaged unit. The unit in short, was replaced with a brand new unit and they were very understanding. We can not say enough good things for this company. We were also happy at the end of the job, that they cleaned up our yard, and used a big magnet <br /> to pick up all the nails! <br />"

When I finally made the decision to get it done, because I had some leaks; I was a little surprised at how far out they were booked. But, what was waiting going to do, since it was already leaking. So, I signed the contract on 6/7/13 and gave a deposit. They scheduled me for 7/25/13 or first available. Well, I got moved up to 7/18/13 and job was just completed 7/19/13. They were constantly cleaning up behind themselves and were very informative through out the 2 days as to what needed extra work because of the rot. They are a locally owned company (father and 2 sons + employees) and there is ALWAYS a foreman onsite. One of my light fixtures fell and broke and they offered to come in and clean up the glass and replace the globe. I would highly recommend them if you need a new roof or a patch/repair. <br /> <br />"

The installers arrived early and immediately began work. Any questions I had as they worked were answered. "An inspection was needed on our roof because of a recent hailstorm, so we called Energy Roofing to come out to inspect. Our roof was replaced not too long ago. Dave and Christy called us back immediately on that Friday and made an appointment to come by the following Monday. They were here when they said they would be and came prepared to get on the roof to inspect. All went well and there was no significant damage. We appreciated the fast response and would absolutely use Energy Roofing when needed in the future."

"After purchasing a 3 year old home from the builder I discovered untreated pine was used on all outdoor wood areas of the house all of which needed to be replaced. Not only did Gary identify the problem areas and replace the wood with cedar, he came up with ideas on how to protect the new wood from water flowing off of the house. I watched him paint all surfaces of each piece of wood with sealant and again with paint. He was as concerned about the integrity of my house as much as he would have been if it where his own house. Gary discovered evidence of fraud on the part of the builder and reported it to me. This caused a two month delay in construction at Gary's expense. Anyone other contractor would have ignored the evidence of fraud in order to expedite the conclusion of the project. I've handled many construction projects in my life but Gary is the first contractor I've ever worked with that I could truly call a friend."
