"I was sold on Darrell and his company on our first meeting. His crew was just as awesome. They arrived at sun up and did not leave until the sun was almost setting. They rarely took a break unless Mr. Turner (Darrell) insisted they do so. I made sure there were gallons of tea, ice, glasses, and snacks always available. His crew was not only efficient they were immaculately clean. Never leaving trash, a screw, a nail, anything, laying around. The crew allowed me to, not only explain my roof issues but show them as well so nobody was injured because of the faulty roof. They listened, they explained, and every day they took pictures of what they had accomplished. My 2014 sq. ft roof was completed in two days. Not only do I have a beautiful new roof but there is no signs of roofers ever being here. It simply does not get better than this. "The electrical was already there. They hooked up everything. They took out the old unit and they put in a new unit. It was just a great experience. We were very happy with the product they installed and have had no problems. It went really well. It took them like a day. I had compared prices with other companies. The lower price and high quality that I got from them and excellent customer service made me grade them A overall. I had no complaints whatsoever. They left the service area clean, I didn't even know they were there. What exceeded my expectations was their customer service. Agent Rolando was really available and proactive about communicating, it exceeded my expectations. The company did the job. They were on time. I have no complaints. Their products, the A/C and heater have worked better than even our brand new unit when we bought the house."

"We had them put new shingles on the roof several years ago. The only problem we had that time was the amount of nails left on the roof and the ground. We could expect some, but this was excessive. They used tarps and magnets but there were still many we found with our own magnets and stuck in our shoes. More recently we needed the edge of our roof repaired after a hurricane. The facia board they used was cedar and didn’t match the thickness of what it was butted up to. Cedar is a better wood but I’m glad it is on the back side of our house. Overall, the work done was very good, just those couple complaints."

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."
