Out of two contractors we selected Zsolt Granite Corporation, primarily because of the impressive salesmanship and professionalism of Mr. Dwight Ifland and the attendant conviction that the impending project would meet our expectations. The personable Mr. Ifland made a profound impact on us as he shared his knowledge of the planned project and provided us with an unequivocal estimate of the projected costs. As we were fairly unfamiliar with such projects we were rather astonished by the timing and overall success we encountered. As octogenarians, we had a few medical restrictions that posed potential problems in the timely completion of the project. We apprised Mr. Dwight of these limitations and he remarkably collaborated his template measurement and his countertop installation teams to contribute their participation within the restricted timeframe. There were also a plumbing component that was significant in the planning and implementation, as we needed to collaborate the countertop installation with the plumber (Mr. Felix Laboy of Serviceone Air Conditioning & Plumbing ) who would handle the faucet, dishwasher, and pipe drains connections and modifications. For the plumbing we contracted Service-One Air Conditioning & Plumbing and the two companies perfectly collaborated their participations to produce a wonderful and magnificent culmination.
