"The contact person was excellent.  In particular, I wanted some heaters in a valley with an ice problem.  At my urging, he worked with me to research manufacturers, even though they had a brand that they had used, and he switched to one that we both thought would be better.  They also let me use an electrician from the company that originally wired the house, and who was 70 miles closer to the job than their regular sub. <br /> The crew was good, and I believe that they took extra pains and time to do a good job even though there was a fixed bid contract. They disappeared for two days, and may have informed me although I missed hearing it.  When I called the contact person I got an immediate response, and they were back the next day. <br /> The company is owned by a Briggs, a brother of the owner of Briggs Roofing.  Both are based in Rigby, ID.  They share a metal shop, and the leadman on our crew had worked for both companies.  I wouldn't know how to choose between the two, but this company worked well for me. <br />"

"Robert was great, this was the second time I had used him. I bought my house brand new in 2003 and have had issues with the roof since. I called Robert and he promptly came out the same day. He knew who the original roofer was and knew I would have problems. The first time he came out, I had a leak where the gable met the roof, in the corner of the gable. It was missing some flashing and he caulked the area. I asked him to check the roof for other issues and he found that many of the vent pipe boots were the wrong size and showed me they had large gaps allowing water and snow to get in. He replaced all of the boots around the vent pipes that were a problem. Everything seemed to be fixed until we got a heavy down pour from a thunderstorm this summer and saw water coming down my siding, on my front porch. Again Robert came right out and fixed leaks, this time in the corners of the dormers. I pointed out that there was bare wood showing at the top of the dormers and so he put up flashing where it was missing. Again I had him inspect the roof and had him work on any area he felt would be an issues. His 2 workers fixed problem areas and were on the roof for about 2 hours. I felt his price was reasonable. All seems to be well now with the roof. Robert is very professional, he is prompt and he makes sure his crew understands what needs to be done before they begin work. He also knows many other contractors in town and can recommend their services too. I will definitely use him again, should the need arise (butt hope it doesn't). I do recommend him to others as well. <br />"
