"The cleaner was very good and courteous. The scheduler was not responsive for several days leaving me unsure of the appointment. Also the Angie's list add was confusing. It said 4 hours of cleaning. It would have been clearer and better for my scheduling if it had said a team of two cleaners for two hours. I ended up adding an hour because at the end of 2 hours, they were ready to leave. I would have organized and prioritized differently if I had been clear.  They did not agree to wax the bathroom floor which I had hoped they would do. They did not vacuum the sofa or stuffed chairs. So they could be clearer about their services.
