I called a few days after the install and told them to forget the backsplash, but come finish the job and get their tools. called several times and was promised a return. It has been three weeks and I still have not seen them. I removed the piece of backsplash left in place and the sink clamps. I was really impressed with personnel and service until the job was left unfinished. I'm pleased with how smoothly the selection, cost, and promised date went. "

By noon, I still did not have it, and contacted him again, and was told he would have to let this one go, because he was out of office and wouldn't get back until later. I gave multiple opportunities for him to get us a quote, but tired of companies like this making promises and not keeping their word. If he would do this on a quote, what would the work be like? I just needed a quote, and they had 5 days to get me one. Keeping your word to the customer is important."
