"The Absolute Stonecare team was highly efficient and respectful of our home. They polished our marble countertops and ground/repolished our marble shower and it looks like I got new stone installed! They saved me so much money by making them look brand new. They thoroughly cleaned the areas they worked in and were extremely respectful of our home! "I have to really confront them for properly doing their job. They said they'll do the whole bathroom flooring, and yet did not do the section under the sink because the "machine can't reach it". After I confronted them, they did it by hand in like 1 min and called it clean. I also realized the edges of the floor were not cleaned/touched as it felt rough. I felt the price I paid deserved a premium service, but not the case here."

"I had a great experience with John and New Creation Tile & Marble. It is evident that John takes a lot of pride in his work and he is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. He did the tile work for a gut renovation of an old bathroom on strict deadline and he nailed it. He was honest and upfront about all cost and timing at the onset and he executed his work at a very high level. I would definitely hire John/ New Creation again and I will be recommending him to others I know."

"The project hasn't been done because the provider has five additional inches more than another provider's measurements, so I am awaiting a call from the latter. Both providers measured the same areas, but Artistic Stone measurements came to four additional inches. I find aforementioned strange. Lastly, Artistic Stone's special is for 30 square feet, so the additional inches are potentially $40.00 dollars each additional inches, and the material will be quartz, not granite."
