He didn't protect the fence when transporting and he installed damaged posts. He said if I paid him another 5k he would change the worst of the posts out. I paid him and he ditched the job. Never changed the post and didn't complete the job. "

"Insulation guys were great but the windows are horrible. They let cold air in worse than our old windows. We called them and they finally came out and put a little strip of Insulation on them and they still let in cold air and whistle when the wind blows. We have called and left messages and no calls back. I wouldn't recommend Rolox windows to anyone. Paid around 1000$ per window and still cold air comes in. Never again."
