So when the storm was over and we saw our skylight was broken we knew the rest of the room would be in bad shape. So my first call was to Roger the Roofer. I worked with Juston on both of these projects the initial minor repairs and the full scale hail damage repair. Juston is awesome, he guided us through the process from picking the right shingles to our much better gutters he made the process easy and fast. Juston keep us in the loop the whole way, I never had to call him for an update or asking for anything twice. He is a total pro. When it came time to do the actual job, Juston and crew were prompt, polite and again fast. They got the job done in under two days. Plus they make sure to not leave anytime for me to clean up. No trash at all, no nails in the law or anything like that. These guys are great. We have a better than new roof and I could not recommend them more. "T Rock is excellent. It is very responsive to calls and Doyle is very nice, professional, and most of all, very honest! It rained heavily in the weekend and we found shingles on the ground and the attic leaked. Since more rain is coming, we need to get it fixed ASAP. I called 3 companies before T Rock Roofing and no one answered. I was so worried and frustrated and decided to try one more. T Rock answered my call right away and promised to send someone the same day. Doyle and Aaron arrived around 6:15pm as promised. Doyle checked the roof and told us that it was damaged by hail and needs to be replaced. When he knows that we have very high deductible from the insurance company and we didn't replace the roof for many years, he suggested us to decrease the deductible and wait for the next heavy hail as big as golf. He didn't push us to replace it at all. He and Aaron even gave us some new shingles, put them with our old shingles back on roof, and caulked around tubes, for free! I was surprised by his generosity and integrity! I can't belive it when he told me that he won't charge me anything and he felt sorry that he can't help more currently with roof since our insurance deductible is too high. I will definitely recommend T Rock Roofing and use it for my future roof replacing."
