Actually, I hired another contractor prior to connecting with Steve last Thursday. Earlier in day, another contractor showed up, but it did not take long for us to realize that he had never worked with laminate before. I knew the process, just no experience or tools. Steve listened as I shared my story, and it was clear that he and his team were true professionals. The person who showed up was very professional. The box was not built perfectly, but he took the time to make it better. The work was completed in good time. No mess left behind. The remnants were placed back in the box. Steve is a very good communicator. He even took the time to call me and ensure the project was completed to my satisfaction. I can highly recommend Steve and his team. "

The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant.
