"Excellent, great company and job !"

"Emilio has done many projects for me and every single one turned out great. He is very reliable and delivers an excellent quality/cost ratio on his work. Whenever something wasn’t quite right Emilio fixed it without hesitation. This alone made me a return customer of his. Highly recommended!"

"Great. We worked with David who was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very personable. I enjoyed working with him and Specialized Flooring. If we needed more flooring, I'd go to them in a minute. I highly recommend them. The only thing I can say that's negative, BUT no fault of Specialized Flooring, is that sort of work makes a whale of a lot of dust. :)"

"It went very well. I have no complaints. They were very professional."

"I thought he did an outstanding job. He was timely and punctual and kept us informed during the whole process. They quality of the workmanship was outstanding."

"Heath came out to give me an estimate the same day I called the office. A week later Heath came to our house to complete the job. Work was performed in an efficient and professional manner. I would highly recommend Urban Customs for your flooring projects."

"It went excellent. 2 guys showed on time and in 2 days it was done. Very accurate and professional plus 30 years warranty. Definitely recommend this company. They are the best"

"Communication was a bit lacking - I had to try several times to actually get to talk with someone to schedule the full house cleaning I purchased through an Angie's List special.
But they arrived on time and were very thorough and professional.  They were especially attentive to the areas I pointed out when they arrived.   They even washed the floor as they left the house, so every spot was clean.  I am very happy with the work they did and would hire them again without hesitation.
"

"Very good experience.  We will be calling them again for our bathroom countertops.
