"Tim arrived early with all of the materials needed. He took the counters of the bases. he took the tops outside to take off the old laminate. with the old laminate removed he began cutting the new stuff. very methodical. He cuts all the pieces so the grain ran in the same direction. When he was done all the edges fit perfectly together. I think he does it outside to keep the dust from his machine out. when he left you couldn't tell there was construction going on in my house. (the last guys left dust, nails and sawdust everywhere.) He's very neat and tidy and showed respect for my house"

We went to the grocery not realizing that a thunder storm was brewing up.  Before we could get back to the house, a really bad storm had blown through.  We have a dog that is terrified of storms.  During our absence, he ripped apart a box and ATE TWO OF THE SLATS IN OUR BLINDS.   Not a pretty sight.

I called the folks at Delightful Blinds and explained my dilemma. Although they were going on a rewards trip the next day they promised to get back to me when they returned.  Asking that I measure carefully where the little groves were on the slats where they fit into the mechanism.

Sure enough, they got back with me promptly after returning from their trip.   They somehow managed to get the replacement slats for me (plus a couple of extra, in case Ace eats the blinds again) for no charge.

NOW THAT IS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE.  They went out of their way to assist us.

I'll be using them again as I replace window treatments in our San Antonio home.

"I contacted Prime Management to repair our roof. Our house was remodeled back in the day with the previous owners and it was extended out. The roof was built incorrectly and the shingles weren't placed right. We spent a lot of money a few years ago but it didn't do the job. I contacted Prime Management and told them the issue. Matt came out and took a look and told us his crew could repair it. He was right! The roof is in the best shape it's ever been in and the price was totally fair. It's been a few months now and we're ready for the rain. Thank you to Matt and the crew for doing a wonderful job."

"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."
