Within the next few days they were installing my roof. Everyone was professional and wore there mask for protection due to COVID. We are happy with the service and the product. "Our roof took 4 days to complete. The workmanship was excellent. Since we live in Florida, we get storms almost daily this time of year. JAT roofers know how to install a roof in these conditions, ensuring everything is coverable on a moment's notice and when they leave for the day, everything is water tight ... each day. We had rain on 2 of the 4 installation days, yet no leaks. The roofers themselves were professional, very careful, and extremely hard working (three 12+ hour days) JAT admin office personnel are also top notch. We live in a "fastidious" (picky) HOA community. JAT was wonderful to work with through the initial roof project documentation process. JAT was VERY patient. "Every interaction with Kennedy *after I paid my down payment* was marked by rudeness from start to finish. I just paid, was met w rudeness yet again, so said I would be reviewing them. Owner(?) said Go ahead, defamation is a real thing! That threat, while not surprising given all previous interactions, will not sway me from giving an honest review of the extreme rudeness and lack of professionalism of the entire company. First, salesman did the math wrong on the contract and then treated me like I just did not understand how roofing works, until he realized h would done the arithmetic wrong. After down payment, I did not hear anything, so I called. And called. And called. I just wanted a callback to have some sense for a timeline but weeks went by w no response. At all. When work started and I had questions (appropriate for consumer), was treated rudely for asking and for sharing concerns about rudeness. And now this. The most unprofessional company I?ve ever worked with, start to finish."
