"We just had the roof redone on our 2012 park model by German Roofing. Price quoted was fair and reasonable. Appointment times were made and kept throughout the process. They used 30# felt, 30 year shingles, replaced all the vent caps and replaced sheets of wood in 3 places. They shared pictures before, during and upon completion of the roof. Area was cleaned up at the end of each day. Communication between the office and me was excellent. We had a final inspection, with answers to all my questions, about a week after the job was completed and final payment was made then. Highly recommend this company."

I think they went above and beyond what should be expected patching even the tiniest of cracks in the stucko before painting and even offering to repair some drywall in a patio cover ceiling for no extra charge.
