It was a very large, as my porches run the length of the house, and complex undertaking and done professionally. Ed was very responsive and professional at all times. "Back room looks beautiful! During demo, room was sealed off from rest of the house to keep dust and debris contained. Tom and Eric always made sure things were cleaned up at the end of the day. Kitchen project, my husband and I picked cabinets out and T & E worked with us and were great when we needed modifications to make it all work. They were here longer than expected and that was due to some surprises on our end and they handled it amazingly since I'm sure we upset other timelines for their next projects! The price was very reasonable and approximate date was end of May 2015."

"Billy and his friend did a great job. They are professional, punctual, honest and do a good finish carpentry. additional positives are- Billy picked the moulding from the store , that was really convenient and they also give suggestions, if you are not sure like us that you are picking right moulding.
I wish our ceiling was little more flat, so that the joints in the crown were less visible, but they tried their best. Also a minor point but important that if you are doing something like us- putting crown and chair rail that will need painting, get it coordinated between the wood guy and the painter. I mean wood guy and the painter should talk and work together, rather independently.

"Sanfer was the general contractor and worked on the project diligently. He was very responsive throughout the project. Painting and plastering was outsourced to a sub contractor. However, Sanfer’s crew worked on remodeling the kitchen and bathroom. There were some delays as we made changes in scope of the work. Overall, I was happy with their work."

"We did two projects with John, Gary and the crew. The smaller scale project was for adding a shower to a half bathroom, turned into a full bath. The other big project was for remodeling based on one kitchen + one bathroom, change it to one kitchen + two bathrooms. John and Gary and the crew were awesome and very pleasant to work with. They listened to us, willing to accommodate our ideas, but also give us realistic suggestions based on the budget. John always trying to save money for our project, to control the budget. They are honest, friendly, genuine, respectful, responsive with great remolding experience and knowledge. Like I read from other Busy Bee's customer reviews, John himself handle electric stuff and others. They worked very hard and showed up every day. Even our neighbors made the comment that "your contractor showed up every day!". We became friends during the project. I would recommend busy bee to my friends, to everyone, and will definitely have the crew come back for any future projects.
