It was so bad that the installation crew wouldn’t even install the new unit. Dennis was able to come by within a day to provide an estimate, and had the work done a day or two after that. Excellent service, great communication, fair prices, and wonderful work (the new install is very crisp and clean)! I also had Dennis tune up both furnaces for our multi-family, and he was available to replace the auto-feeder on my tenants’ heater the same day the part came in. I’ll definitely be calling BNM for my plumbing needs going forward!"

"The job was fairly straightforward and I had already procured the sink and most of the additional supplies but the job required some replumbing of both the water supply and drain. The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality. I have no other complaints."

While completing the work, they appropriately escalated problem areas and discussed options with me to assist me to come to good improvement decisions. We expanded the scope of the project to include replacements and additional shut of values. This has significantly updated and improved the water pipes in my basement. This was a project that was long over due and with cold new england winters, I was not willing to take another winter chance. Prana plumbing work is professional grade and they take pride in doing the job well. Very detailed. clear communication and timely completion and attention to the work. "Not easy finding an HVAC company willing to install a gas steam boiler. These guys did it all and did it well, removing the old oil burner and oil tank, installing a Weil McClain boiler including steam piping and hot water, installing gas piping, electrical and plumbing, including all inspections, even leaving me a temporary hot water heater until the furnace installation was completed. They fully accommodated my schedule as well. The town electrical inspector who came after installation was complete confirmed their good reputation."
