They worked on three separate large projects: (1) a main-level kitchen, dining and living room remodel, (2) basement refinish and mudroom rebuilt (3) bathroom, primary bedroom and family room remodel. "I hired Long Roofing Products to replace my roof. From the beginning the sales man lied to me, telling me that they could take off my Gutter Helmets and put them back on correctly. This was lie #1. They have null and voided the warranty of my gutter helmets, because they were not supposed to touch them and according to Gutter Helmets all the roofers know this. lie #2 there were missing pieces on the ends of my gutter helmets to prevent the birds from getting into the gutters. The salesman told me they would order the piece from Gutter Helmets and replace it. This was never done. I have contacted them several times and they continue to tell me they will fix it and they never do. I would NEVER recommend them, I would only tell you NOT to use them. They talk a big game but never follow thru with their promise's."

"I purchased a new house in 2017 and as part of the negotiation with the sellers they rebuilt the porch. I was impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, and speed of which Sanfer and his team rebuilt the porch that I hired them to repaint the entire exterior of our house and the new porch. They did an exceptional and thorough job and were very responsive to the changes I requested. Since then, I've had D&S Partners rebuild part of my fence, add custom screen doors to our Pella doors, replace a bulk head, replace two interior doors (and repaint), and install a hood and gas stove in our kitchen, and remove a broken glass panel in our bathroom. Last winter the lock to our front door broke, he came with his staff the same day (it was a Sunday) to help not only fix the door but to weather proof it as well. On top of the quality of his work, Sanfer and his staff are unbelievably friendly, warm, and professional. I will continue to contact work on my house, large or small, out to D&S Partners."

"Veglia Remodeling was wonderful to work with. Jeff gave me an estimate for the labor/work on my bathroom remodel. He also suggested vendors to work with and suggested meeting them to choose materials (which was the other cost of course). That was very helpful. Jeff was always available via text or phone. Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."

"The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."
