"Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. I am actually hiring them again for additional projects. I highly recommend Best Homes!"

From the start we were really impressed with Daniel and Erika and their friendly, down-to-earth demeanor, and their intentionality to listen to our thoughts and show us the overwhelming options. They were great at communicating throughout the whole project, very knowledgable and thorough. Their work crews were friendly, professional, amazingly clean, conscientious, hard-working, and detail-oriented in every regard of their work. They were originally scheduled to start the work after the new year, but in the end they were able to bump up both of our bathroom remodels to the 3 weeks leading up to Christmas, and they blew us away with how quickly they were able to get the projects completed. "Renovations included a Guest Bathroom using the original footprint and a more extensive renovation for the Master Bathroom. Ultimate Remodel LLC's owner, Tunch Aydo, was extremely helpful in explaining the projects' designs, suggested materials and details and answering all my questions and concerns in the planning period and throughout both renovations. His crew Alex, Alex and Noel did outstanding work on both bathrooms. They kept me up to date on each day's work and subsquent plans and cleaned up at the end of each day too. Tunch was always available for questions and made site vists throughout the projects. The Master Bathroom renovation was more extensive and Tunch's design maximized the new bathroom space and new walk-in closet. The transformation from what this was to what it is now is outstanding. He kept the projects to the timeline and the budget. I highly recommend Tunch and his company and want to thank him for these beautifully done bathrooms."

"Waited a year to post a review (never no if things turn bad later). All in all, had a very good experience during the 'pandemic' era. Farzan was a great point of contact, and they were quick to address a few small problems that I noticed afterward (one of the installed floor planks had a crack, for example) with no additional charges. They finished our basement remodel (adding a shower, painting, removing old rugs, installing new wood/stained stairs, etc) within a week of their original estimate, so definitely points for that. Prices were reasonable compared to other estimates as well-"

"I do not recommend this company. I called them to fix an issue with my range hood exhaust. The technician charged a diagnostic fee of $95 and then said the switch was not working, which was a small component. The total charge was $391. The technician spent hardly 10 mins and charged a lot. After exhaust repaired, the house was empty for some time, and when the tenant moved in, they found that the exhaust was not working. I called the company again, and they told me that the motor was not functioning. During the first visit, the company didn't check everything; they only fixed a small component and charged a lot of money."

"I just had Potts Brothers redo my bathroom and basement, and honestly, they killed it. The whole process was super easy, and the results are amazing. Youssef and Peter were awesome to work with. Youssef helped me figure out the design and had some great ideas that made everything look even better than I imagined. Peter oversaw the work and together with omar and the rest of the team, and they made sure everything was done right and on time. The bathroom is now my favorite part of the house—it’s modern, functional, and just looks so good. The basement went from being a storage dump to a space I actually want to hang out in. The quality of the work is really solid, and you can tell they care about the little details. What I really appreciated was how communicative they were. Youssef and Peter kept me in the loop the whole time, answered all my random questions, and made sure I was happy with how things were going.
