"They helped a lot with getting through insurance hassles and pushing to get the entire roof repair covered. Once everything got approved there were a couple scheduling conflicts on both sides. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule. There were a few small items left unfinished that took some time to get completed, but they did come out and address everything."

"Great! MN Window and Siding has done several projects over the last 10 years for us in our mid 50’s Rambler. They replaced our Sliding patio doors in the Family Room, Picture Window in the Living Room, and 2 other windows-one in the kitchen and another they enlarged the opening and installed a crank out in a bathroom remodel we had done last year. The vinyl windows/patio doors they use are from Alside and are excellent quality. After the hail storm here in Bloomington in 2013 they replaced our roof. 1. The company representative was very helpful in dealing with the insurance company, and in obtaining payment from the insurance company for the damage done by a recent hailstorm. The price I was quoted for the roofing job was within the insurance company's estimate, and the only additional cost was for add-ons that I requested. The crew showed up on time, had all the necessary materials delivered in a timely manner, and did a very nice job of installation. The owner, Steve Heinz, was very hands-on, and made sure I was satisfied with the work done by his crew. He was accommodating in handling the additional work I asked for, and replaced some discolored siding at no cost to me, as it detracted from the look of the work he did.  As I sold the home shortly after the work was done, I cannot comment on the long-term performance of the roof, but it looked perfect after it was finished and gave me no trouble during the time I remained in the house. I believe the new roof and the additional cosmetic work done by Start to Finish was instrumental in the subsequent sale of the property at full listing price. I was so satisfied with the work that I have had Start to Finish estimate another project for me; I would have hired them to do that job, but decided not to proceed with it as we chose to move to a different property instead. "Called two larger company's for quotes and did not get a response, but I think because Ken's Roofing is smaller, they were able to respond and do the work fairly quickly (within 2 weeks of initial contact.) Brad suggested a number of options that would keep the cost within our budget and still address the problem of the rotting wood. I found this flexibility very helpful. When it came time to do the work, they spent 4 hours finishing the job and it looks great. They did not provide a written quote in advance (they did provide a verbal quote), but were prepared with a written quote just prior to starting the work. Cady Handyman scheduled one of his service tech to come out the follow morning.
The tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time with a friendly ready to fix our problem attitude.
We have raised nails and screws on our deck that always seem to reappear during winter months.
These raised nails and screws made snow removal just horrible.The Cady tech recommened that we remove many of the bad loose fastners and replaced with a new non-corosive styles of screws.
After a complete walk through of our project we were extremely satified.
