"I really wanted to give Koala Insulation of Dallas a strong review because the initial experience was solid. The sales process was smooth, expectations were clearly set, and the installation crew was professional and easy to work with. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. I originally brought them in to address major temperature differences in two rooms. I was told there was a gap in insulation and that spray-in insulation would resolve the issue. Based on that guidance, I moved forward. The problem wasn't fixed. Since then, I've spent the past two months trying to get a response. I was told they would look into other potential causes, but I've received little to no follow-up despite multiple attempts. That's the biggest issue here, once the job was completed and payment was made, communication dropped off entirely. I don't expect every solution to work perfectly the first time, but I do expect a company to stand behind their recommendation and stay engaged"
