Our toilets weren't flushing right and we had sewage smells coming out of our drains. A different company came out, disconnected our toilet, incorrectly diagnosed the problem, and told us the repair would cost thousands of dollars to fix and they couldn't do it for a week. They instructed us not to use any plumbing until they returned in seven days. (!!) We called Stalcup for a second evaluation. Bryan was on-site fast. He unclogged our sewer line within 20 minutes, ran a video camera down the entire line to show us that it was clear and undamaged, and re-sealed our toilet for 3% (yep, THREE percent) of the cost the other company had quoted. He also taught us how to stop our toilet from continuously running. The plumbing has worked perfectly since his visit.
